The basic human need
The business has been set up by Everard Halbert, the owner and Director.
Everard trains and assesses in restorative practice, mediation, and Te Pae Oranga. He is an enrolled barrister and solicitor of the High Court. Everard is a Fellow of the Resolution Institute and consultant for the Centre for Restorative Practice. He is co-director for the New Zealand's Centre of Court Innovation and a board member of Restorative Practice International.
Everard's places of work have included: Utilities Disputes, Victoria University of Wellington, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Education, Ministry for Children, Ministry of Business Innovation and Employment, and the New Zealand Police.
